A new project at 6203 Marine Drive in Burnaby will deliver 183 secure rental townhomes, with 125 three-bedroom and 58 two-bedroom units designed for families. Nearly $92 million in funding comes from federal, city, and regional sources, including a major federal loan program. The homes will be owned by a housing authority on city-leased land to ensure long-term public ownership, addressing family rental housing needs in the area.
